Overview & Account Deletion Policy for VikasTrading

Under Google Play's User Data - Account Deletion Requirement, users of the VikasTrading (Vikas Trading) mobile application (Package ID: com.vikastreding.app) published by developer codemastertechnology (Code Master Technology, Developer Account ID: 5025371427993290171) have the right to request permanent deletion of their account, authentication credentials, and all associated personal data.

Data Handling & Retention Policy

1. Data that will be permanently deleted:

• Personal Profile: Registered Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
• Security Credentials: Encrypted password hashes, API access tokens, and session identifiers.
• Business Records: Shop Name, GST Number, Trade license details, and Retailer classification.
• Addresses: Saved shipping addresses, billing addresses, and geographic coordinates.
• Shopping Data: Active shopping cart contents, saved Wishlist items, and device notification tokens.

2. Data that may be retained and legal justification:

• Financial Invoices & Transaction History: Records of completed commercial orders and official GST tax invoices are retained for up to 7 years strictly in compliance with applicable Indian commercial, taxation, and auditing statutes (including the Goods and Services Tax Act and the Income Tax Act).

3. Processing Timeline:

• Account deletion requests submitted through this portal or inside the mobile app are processed within 48 to 72 business hours. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

   Open the VikasTrading (Vikas Trading) app on your Android device.

   Log in to your wholesale account and tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
